Also we don’t keep huge stocks of our hand made products as it decreases the quality of our products in long term storage. In case you want to place an order above INR 12000 we might need additional time to deliver your products to you. So our Estimated Delivery Time could vary from 3 to 30 days depending upon the availability of stock.
• Only Exchange & No Return on all items. Exchange requests will be considered for damaged or expired products during transit only and must be sent to us via email on natura@auroville.org.in with in 2 days of receiving the shipment. Also the damaged shipment must be reported at the time of receiving the shipment.
