How to use –
There are three ways to use essential oils:

1. Via Smell or vapours:
Aromatherapy is one of the most popular ways to use essential oils. When you inhale them, their health benefits can be experienced immediately. Inhaling essential oils helps you to experience their medical benefits in a way that bypasses the digestive system and bloodstream entirely. you can use them by inhaling them directly from the bottle or through using a diffuser or humidifier.

2. On your Skin:
Applying essential oils to your skin is one of the most common ways of using these scents. This allows the oil to fully absorb into your skin and give you all the benefits it has to offer. It’s also a great way for people with sensitive noses who do not want to smell an essential oil directly from the bottle. Simply use a carrier oil and mix few drops of essential oil to it & then apply the mixture oil onto a targeted area such as your chest, throat, or temples and let it air dry before dressing up again with clothing.

3. Ingestion:
There are 3 ways to ingest essential oils: the old-fashioned way, which is putting a drop in a glass of water and drinking it; putting the oil in a veggie capsule and taking it; or adding the oil to your tongue. The old-fashioned way works great if you have an issue with digesting essential oils because they can be transported throughout your body. But if you don’t like the taste of taking them internally, there are other ways. You can put a drop under your tongue or take them in veggie capsules.
